We are working towards solving the challenge of high administrative burden on healthcare professionals by providing them with state of the art software. Our mission is to ensure healthcare is accesible and affordable for all. We want to achieve this by empowering healthcare professionals.
Our first product is a workspace that, through AI, provides a speech-to-text reporting service. Results so far are amazing but far from enough. We’re a tight-knit team on a mission with a relentless focus on providing value for healthcare professionals, and we’re looking for reinforcements. This is a unique opportunity to be one of our early hires.
The advent of genAI has put a lot of conventional wisdom on its head, even when it comes to building application. Where the previous generation of AI models could where specialised for a single task, LLM’s can build apps, diagnose diseases, write reports and give gardening advice. Since the advent of LLM’s we live in a new reality, so we approach problems with a fresh, creative mindset.
That being said, we understand the limits of AI technology. We stay within the boundaries of what’s possible, but, using existing elements, we compose a new song.

As Software Developer at Medendo, you will be the driving force behind the development of our AI workspace. This is a hand-on role where you will combine leadership with your development skills. Next to being responsible for the effective execution of our roadmap, you will play a key role in our engineering team. You will help build a world-class team, and support a culture of excellence and customer obsession.
