We are working towards solving the challenge of high administrative burden on healthcare professionals by providing them with state of the art software. Our mission is to ensure healthcare is accesible and affordable for all. We want to achieve this by empowering patients and healthcare professionals.
Our first product is a digital assistant that, through AI, provides a speech-to text-to record service. We’ve been developing our product with our early customers and initial results are amazing but far from enough. We’re a tight-knit team on a mission with a relentless focus on providing value for healthcare professionals, and we’re looking for reinforcements, this is a unique opportunity to be one of our first hires.
You feel a deep commitment to healthcare professionals and easing their burden. While keeping these users front and center, you bring solutions that empower them to provide even better care for their patients. You are deeply intrigued by (gen) AI and you believe it can radically change how users interact with applications.
As the Lead UI/UX designer at Medendo, you will be the driving force behind the development of our Digital Assistant. This is a hand-on role where you will combine leadership with your design skills. Next to being responsible for the effective execution of our roadmap, you will play a key role developing a product that sets a new standard in healthcare.
🔬 Research client needs & behavior, understand what their problems are.
🧗‍♂️  Design a AI-first UI/UX system that addresses these needs and is feature-scaleable.
🤝 Make sure the UI/UX is reflected in our technology architecture, together with our engineers on software, infrastructure and AI.
🗺️ Co-create and execute on a roadmap that moves from traditional UI’s to frictionless, genAI based UI’s.
